Property Maintenance
At G MAC we are known for supplying a high quality service to our property maintenance clientele.
We offer a number of property maintenance services including pre-planned maintenance and last-minute maintenance requests.
Our pre-planned services are built on a budget controlled, tailored program to suit your individual needs. Within this, we are able to offer a number of services including but not limited to annual maintenance or preventative programs, maintenance advice and line marking.
We also understand that not every job can be pre-planned creating a need for last-minute maintenance requests. We are aware that these jobs can pop up with little or no warning and can ensure you that we will be there to help you through this trying time. This service is available to existing and new clientele and we ensure that your last minute issue will be the first on our agenda.
Trade Services
Trade services offered by G MAC include the use of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters and plasterers amongst many other services. All of our staff are trade qualified and are able to provide these services to respond to your individual needs.
We ensure that you are always informed of the project scope and budget and are in regular communication with us as to the progress of the job.
We strive to provide you with the right people with the right skills to get the work done quickly and cost effectively.
Work Health and Safety
As part of our shop and office fit out service, we can help you to refurbish an out-of-date setting to create a new look with minimum cost or demolish and strip-out the space to create something new and fresh.
We do this whilst maintaining the highest level of safety and ensure minimum disruption to staff and the general public.
